I don't agree, age and time are not the only greatest factors. Just because there was 10 years for TPS, doesn't mean it's time to move-out. It seems like a level ignorance and lack of common sense to me. Everybody's life is different. One situation doesn't fit all. You don't know everything or when it is time to move-out.

Sexy in sary , you know nothing about NIW . People who qualify national interest waiver hardly apply tps . Even if they have tps , it might just be for a backup plan . People who are still in tps are mostly college dropout , people who could not secure job (unskilled) , illigals n so on . Non of these qualify for niw . If anyone think they qualify for niw can free evaluate their cv with victoria chan ( google the name) , if chen thinks ur cv chas a chance , it takes around 5 - 7 grand to apply .

Nash24 , agree age should not limit learning process but TPS is not used for learning , those who got tps for 10 year , never showed up 2 school. Had enough learning , save money dont waste for college ,
