@haal haal pandit:
Age is not a factor in this vumari. The key is to find a way to stay after June. As humans, it's wise to explore options. Whether it's a good or bad decision—that's something we'll figure out later.
@suggestion:
This is near my hometown. Check out Asmed.com and contact them. Explain your situation professionally, and they’ll let you know your options. They issue I-20 very fast. Some people in a situation like yours joined last November, so hopefully, it gives you an idea of what to do.

@SIS thanks for the info. I don't understand why people make a big deal about age. We talk about not giving up in life and being positive, and exploring then some people do the exact opposite. A lot of times it is because it's not them and they can say anything because they are not going to pay the price. @haal Haal pandit, I don't think your suggestion is a good one yet based on the reason you have provided. It is not easy to move to a different country, and start from scratch again. There are a lot of different factors one needs to consider such as location, crime rates, job, future and so on!

Age/ time is the greatest factor for all. Tps was there for almost 10 years . If you could not make anything out of 10 years then why buy more time paying so much money for uni. Time to move out

Temporary Protected Status (TPS) holders might consider applying for a National Interest Waiver (NIW) as a viable pathway to permanent residency in the U.S. The NIW allows applicants to bypass certain visa requirements if they can demonstrate that their work significantly benefits the nation, making it an attractive option for qualified TPS holders. The NIW is part of the EB-2 visa category, which is designed for individuals with exceptional abilities or advanced degrees. Benefits of NIW: No Labor Certification Required: Unlike traditional employment-based visas, the NIW waives the labor certification process, which typically requires proof that no qualified U.S. workers are available for the position. Self-Petitioning: Applicants do not need an employer to sponsor them; they can file independently. Focus on National Interest: The primary requirement is that the applicant's work must substantially benefit the U.S., particularly in critical fields such as healthcare, technology, and education. The National Interest Waiver presents a promising opportunity for TPS holders seeking to establish permanent residency in the United States, especially if they can substantiate their qualifications and the national significance of their work.

I don't agree, age and time are not the only greatest factors. Just because there was 10 years for TPS, doesn't mean it's time to move-out. It seems like a level ignorance and lack of common sense to me. Everybody's life is different. One situation doesn't fit all. You don't know everything or when it is time to move-out. I would suggest people respectfully and mind my own business because I am in their shoes. It shouldn't hurt my ego but I wouldn't tell someone how and what they should have done and what's right for them, imposing that you are right. That's not what a wise person would say.

@panidt ji Age should not be seen as a limitation when it comes to continuing education. Sometimes individuals may need to explore alternative options to maintain their status, holding on to the hope that a positive change will occur. We all face our own challenges, so let us approach one another with empathy and kindness.

Sexy in sary , you know nothing about NIW . People who qualify national interest waiver hardly apply tps . Even if they have tps , it might just be for a backup plan . People who are still in tps are mostly college dropout , people who could not secure job (unskilled) , illigals n so on . Non of these qualify for niw . If anyone think they qualify for niw can free evaluate their cv with victoria chan ( google the name) , if chen thinks ur cv chas a chance , it takes around 5 - 7 grand to apply . Nash24 , agree age should not limit learning process but TPS is not used for learning , those who got tps for 10 year , never showed up 2 school. Had enough learning , save money dont waste for college , My sincere request , had enough of TPS , now lets do EPS , earn n learn in korea

@haal haal pandit. Now I have to say you are stupid, you earned it. Oiee taile sabailai chineko chas? You should go to Korea. People like you are not the right fit here. Doesn't matter if you have papers. I have used TPS to study. You should focus on yourself because you clearly don't know what you are talking about. You seriously don't have common sense, so closed minded like you know everything. It is none of your business if someone wants to go to school and spend money on education.

There is nothing wrong about going back to college in later years of your life. People go back to college for many different reasons.
