Lamar University or Texas tech if ur looking for instate fee..
If ur looking for good universities: UTD (tier 1 university), UT Arlington (tier 2) but they hardly give any waivers

I don't think those universities that you guys mentioned are easy on waiving the tution fees. Anyway i really appriciate the help guys.
