If Sevis is terminated, what is the best way to be in status again? Any suggestions?

Go back to Nepal join college obviously polytics and enjoy the rocking life. No tension of SEVIS not tension of Status, No tension of Job. Everything cool. Just Chill nothing else.

hemu if you can't give right suggestion don't discourage him/her either. Mataparwati ko bhakta, well, first thing you need to do is contact your DSO/international adviser at your recent school and then ask them for how long your sevis have been terminated. You can give them certain reasons and ask them if they can help you reinstate your F-1 status. So without any further delay go and see your international adviser. Remember you should never jeopardize you status if you really want to do something in this country.

I agree with fellow above, he is right longer the days been from date of termination harder it will be for you to regain your status so do ASAP. Good Luck Buddy

If you can show  proof of medical emergency or a letter from a doctor you might have a chance to enroll back into the school. One of my friends did that ...

go to another community college and apply for reinstatement.however some college may not be willing to do so, u might need to try multiple colleges. Give them reason that you were depressed, alcoholic and now you are positive about yourself due to great support from friends and families. I did the same thing. 

where are you?? if you are in dallas area..collin county colleges do it with ease..need further info..reply to this thread

you can also try strayer university in washington DC, its popular for reinstatement and status change.
