I was kinda wondering what is the right time to celebrate tika(dasami)? Should one celebrate w.r.t US time or should one consider Nepali time.
Is there a astrological concept behind it?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks!

First of all we need to know why the timing makes auspicious ? How they calculate ? If they take consideration of altitude and latitude , then we must consider the same philosophy. Then people living in USA will be taking TIKA in different time because of residing in different time zone. When I was in primary school, one of my distant great grand parent was gifted, He was forbidden to open his mouth during his visit to sick person because couple forecasting came true regarding their death. Even a child death came true regarding the " Upanayan" was performed in wrong time.
It is very vague subject. Now the mobility and technology made many things different in our lives. Should we still consider the old school of Astrology and forecasting our future and health? But somehow I believe in Palmistry, as your state of mind changes the lines in your hands also change. But to be a good palmist you must be gifted that what I realize after studying couple years. I mean just being master about the line and what it means and what will happen when if stays or stops in different area.
