whatever it is, ,,it wont change, unless we become consious and do more than talking.

कस्तो मन छुने तस्विर । बिचरा साना-बाल-बालिकहरुको के दोष । खेल्ने-खाने समयमा काम गर्नु पर्छ ।

In my opinion , It is not only fate but the helplessness of the parents who could not provide and shamelessness of the country and its administrators/politicians who could not look after its poor n' needy lot. This is the future of lot of nepalese children in the days to come If our very capable present politicians and leaders continue to serve us ............ and shame on us for following those stupid fools who talked us into....... today's nepal.

Ironically, the poorer the family, the more kids they tend to produce...and thus, not enough resources for their upbringing...from food, clothing, selther to basic education and more.....Its a disgrace !

Before being so great at yourself can you ask your heart if you are ready to share your bread with them, If yes, you will find many of those children in every corner of Nepal.

Is it Fate or Abuse? ...interesting..I guess neither As fate would be too weak to say and Abuse would be too strong
This is plain simple Life...Just life.
Depends on how you look at it..There are millions poorer than the kids shown in the picture and there are millions richer .
