They don't give rate because it changes every day.
I send money regularly to Nepal, maximum payout in Nepal is 3 Lakh via western union.
I'm pretty much sure you can send $2000 three times in three different days, it would cost you $20 each time. Is $20 too much for you? If yes then forget about what I wrote. If you are okay then they ask you photo ID and you are done. Make sure your name on western union and your ID match, otherwise western union will give you hassles all over before your receiver gets money.

sixfour, $20 is not too much, if you want to send $6000, $60 to Send $6000 is too much. And by rate, i meant exchange rate as quoted by Nepal Bank. Even Moneygram exchange rate is higher than Western union to be precise. And Yes I've used both before, and I'm aware of the process.
