 college after referred to court from assylum office

 I applied for assylum and got referred to the court. does anyone know if i can continue school in California? thanks in advance.

Yes you can. Make sure you dont proceed as international student anymore.
But u must have workpermit first that will give you instate fees.

Wait.....I thought if you are student then you don't get referred to court because you are legal?  I heard its upto you if you wanna goto court or drop your case after denial right there without affecting your status.
