does anyone see a potential threat in traveling to Nepal on H1 via reputed company?

Not at all, i donot see any problem at all.


try to avoid India while travelling back from Nepal. I was asked more documentation in India  while trying to get my Boarding pass, than the officer at Custom here in United States.
