The Americana has three swimming pools, including one heated Junior Olympic Size, an exercise room, a cardio room, ping-pong room, pool/billiards room, steam, sauna and jacuzzi.


There are also plans to build a movie theater and business center(construction is going on right now).
There is a washer and dryer common to each floor. Parking is plentiful in the Americana's parking lots, and Safeway and Lucky grocery stores are located very close by. We're right next to 85 (very little highway noise), 237, and El Camino, with relatively easy access to 280, 101, Foothill Expressway, and Central Expressway.
