Hi guys,
There may be a same kind of thread before, but I could not find it.
If somebody has an expereince with getting VISA renewed while in OPT, please inform. My OPT will expire on May/2007, I have an EAD card till that date and I am working.
I need to travel out of US next month, and I am worried about the possiblities of VISA renewal at KTM
Any help or suggestion would be helpful.
Thanks

when you have a job offer, then you can have your visa renewed. It's not a problem. Make sure that you carry all the documents that you have a job and your employer is willing to keep you when you are back to the US.

my advise is do not do it. wait till you get ur H1 approved..... or filed.

but if you have to then u have to...

but make sure u talk with your International Advisor for what to do. they will advise you.

make sure u take travel authorization from your school.
transcripts.
Offer letter.
travel letter from your employer.
recent pay stubs.
and W2 if you have it for last year......
