I equally blame the protestors who encourage these thrill seeking innocent kids to the forefront to throw stones and provoke the security personels.
We have seen it repeatedly during since the days of so called democracy, no body, no parties were sincere enough to discourage underage participation in such risky protests. On the other hand, have been a protesting witness to an incidence, where a political party cadre was diustributing money for such underage homeless kids to involve them in violent activities.
Police brutality, in any form, anywhere and anytime is condemable, but what if it was a stray brick from one of the crazy mobmate who brought this upon him.

the encouragers, that do violence infront of the kids, are worse than the cops that beat innocents.

Killing of another innocent protestor. Army shot in head, how cruel can they be to shoot a fellow nepali brother in head, and mind it he was not maoist. I would have understood if the shooting was during a war. But shootin a peacefule unarmed protestor in head that is henious and cowardly act.....

I agree that police should not be getting there anger splashed to 10 yr old but hey he would not have beaten if those idiot protestor made that situation and by the way what was this 10 yr old boy doing in that andolan, this is part of his fault too. Why dont you blame to those protestor too who dont get back from hitting police with rocks, burning tyres, vandilizing walls, burning police booth, buring post office, burning cars (owned by fellow nepali) why dont you say anything to these people.
