This was my class project so didnt do any funny acts. It was very hard for me to do the video cause everyone were busy. Next time, my video will be funny, lots of acts and nonsense. I really appriciate your comments, and thanks for watching my Video. At least we are Nepalese, and who will suggest me other than Nepalese. Daky

Those mofos should be beaten up and jailed so that nobody else would dare steal work from legitimate and qualified people.

Interesting Statistics on the Computer Industry related H1Bs for 2000: Country Total H1Bs Approved % of Total H1Bs Approved India 7,619 64.9% China 3,438 8.08% Philippines 960 2.25% Canada 864 2.03% Pakistan 814 1.9% Source: [http://www.murthy.com/news/UDtechi.html] I always wondered how so many Indians were getting H1-B jobs during the dry period. Sometimes I used to wonder and say to myself, maybe these guys from India are brillant. Most of us Nepali brothers & sisters spend a lot of money & effort and graduate with a IT related degree and it's so difficult to find a job. Some say, you need to be at the right place at the right time. I wonder if a lot of Indians who came to USA got their H1-B visa with these kind of tricks. No wonder each year the H1-B visa quota gets eaten up in a flash.....and who's gets the lion's share? Are Indians so smart people? Maybe they are, because they sure know how to see loop holes in the system & play with the system. One thing for sure, how long?

Has anybody wondered why it's so hard to get a job as a direct hire these days? That's because of these companies. They steal all the jobs, falsify information in the resumes, and make people work for pennies. Doesn't matter if your good or not, somebody out there is gonna write 5+ years experience in their resume and get the job. Stupid mofos. I hope all these mothafkas die in Jail.

the reason i posted the link was for the very reason as discussed by others. i moved to LA from the midwest (where recruiters are not too common). then i realised what a big racket these "consultancy" agencies were running. i know of 3 nepali friends who are on H1B but working in malls. for the friends, i am sorry they had to take this step because they had to maintain status. they had no option but to get these H1Bs or else they had to go back to school to maintain status. these agents will also file their green cards (maybe). not only nepalis, it appears even others have been robbed as reported in the news. i saw a blog where an indian complained that an agent had cheated her of $5k to file H1B and demanded another $10K for green card. i do know that there are a lot of agencies which are genuine. but for new grads or H1Bs better beware. i have had first hand experience. eventhough i have a green card i got to know about the clever tactics employed by many cheap agents in big cities. no wonder its hard to find a job in bigger cities (my experience).
