No college will give you CPT as soon as you join the college. I'm assuming that you know what CPT means. So, in order to do a CPT, you need to have some coursework and if possible experience in the related feild. And, colleges require you to complete certain number of credit hours or semesters before they give you CPT approval. How many credits/semesters? It depends on the college.
But, i'm wondering here why do you need an ASAP CPT if you are doing masters? Can't you just study and work part time for now and apply for CPT early in winter? That way you'll be abe to do CPT in summer. But, talk to your academic advisor about specific deadlines and procedures.

I don't know about the State Universities , but there are some private universities that provide you CPT as soon as you join them. I'm assuming you've been staying in US for some time now. If not then.... as the peple above have suggested, you won't get CPT immediately. It's usually 6-9 months for the newbees in the United States, depending upon the school and state law.
Try calling some private schools from your state, if you r here. They are the ones always looking for the students.
