This Tibet Mobile which is located in Jackson Heights in NY a very bad and fraud store. Be aware when you give your cell phone to Unlock. They will not give u receipt for the phone they took to unlock, and if they screw up the phone, they will never agree that they did it. The guy is very rude too, he is Nepali or may be Tibetian but shows off a lot, by talking in English. 

tell him your going to sue him and bring police

definitely sue his ass and check all your legal options.
By the way the owner is Sherpa a Nepali citizen.

c'mon man y nepali or indian tries to fock up students or h1s...if they focking hire students to give the job. they gotta pay shiat....if they dont focking want to hire thats fine but when you hire, pay every penny of his ass at work ...both students and owners do what they are agreed....students steal as many as they can at work and owner try to fock them up too on otherside....this is nice cycle...
