American people they pretend to be not understanding our accent sometimes. you know the reality is when they listen the "need to know or better to know information", they ask you 2 or 3 times to show them smart that we foreigner are not that English smart. When they listen the "Must to know information",then, they easily figure out what we foreigner are saying in a single shot.

i was recently asked my name at Noodles and Co, after i made an order, to call up when my order is ready. it depends on who you were raised around. as for me, a lot of asian kids, hispanic, black, and middle eastern kids. basically noone had american accent so i got no accent either. but there are times when i sound white, which i try to avoid from happening...
