I think Spurs gonna go 2-0 up. Suns were thinking that they can beat Spurs if they got pass century mark, but in game one, Duncan and Spurs showed Suns that Spurs can get do it offensively as well as defensively. On top of that Suns are in extreme pressure to win game 2 after losing their home court advantage and they know how difficult it is to win against Spurs on their home court.

Okai Folks, here is the real break down for tonight's game ... Suns will obviously come strong and focused on scoring tonight .. Nash will play like a wounded tiger since he really wanted to be on the court and win the game making plays during last game .. expect Nash to have lotta assists .. Amare will play as usual .. If Shawn Marion keeps hustling around the board and Raja Bell knocks down the three's then Spurs will have hard time holding them ... Ofcourse, Spurs will play great ..also, Suns lack of defense might help them .. guys like Kurt Thomas (lets see if he can stop Timmy or give him hard time) and Leandro barbosa (coming off the bench) can play great role tonight for Suns .. The bottom line is tonight's game will be really fun since we are talking abt number one offensive team versus number one defensive team in the league .. man I hate Robert Horry (stop making those three's)

suns may lose 2-4 like the mavericks losing the homecourt advanatge and struggling to get it back but again spurs crowd is not so involved as the Warriors ..that part is in suns favor

Spurs are good playoff team and they have all the experience needed to win the playoff series. Look at Finley who was below par in regualr season but was real good against Denver and Horry always get big in playoff. His regular season average was 3.9 ppg but for series against denver it was 8. something. With Mavs out, Spurs have great chance to get their 4th championship ring only concern is Pistons in my view.

makaveli, i would not worry about the pistons... the only guy to worry in that team is mr big shot chauncey billups .... but hey, u can always throw bowen on him :) i just hope the spurs beat phoenix... like i said in another thread, i really dont want to go back and have to eat my words after all the crap that i have been saying about phoenix :) anyone ever realize how the spurs COMPLETELY take the matrix out of his game :) actually, they did that 2 yrs ago, i m not sure what the stats were last game, but i m sure it was nothing big... no more cheap tip-ins, WIDE OPEN threes and easy open dunks could do that to a player that is overly reliant on nothing but his pure athleticism

would like to see Nash winning his third MVP in a row. apparently that's the largest margin of win against Spurs in playoffs. i just hope SUNS continue winning.

the next game will be interesting, but it doesent matter where the next game is Suns is really confident after tonights blow out, they lost the last game only cause Nash's nose got punctured thats it. no more spurs its gona be all suns.

Dont worry guys, this is just a game the Suns had to have... otherwise there would be serious implications of a sweep. San Antonio's objective was to steal 1 game in Phoenix and the home court advantage. Mission accomplished. Hopefully they wont mess up and lose in San Antonio.

See! what did i tell u guys? ... 16 assists for Nash, Kurt Thomas defending Tim Duncan one on one .. Game 3 will be a dog fight between both teams at San Antonio .. I like Suns to win but it should be a close game ... Let's see how Parker adjusts after getting shut down by taller Shawn Marion

GM's survey has revealed Nowitzki to be the MVP for 06/07.Time will tell if NBA begs to differ; that's not to undermine Nowitzki's brilliance.

Yeah it was a blowout game, but victory margin doesn't give any advantage to any team all that matter is a win. One point win is as good as 20 points win. I am pretty sure that Spurs target was to take at least a game away from home to get home court advantage. It won't be easy from Suns to win game against Spurs in AT& T areana. Another thought, Steve Nash Should be named MVP, Nowitzki couldn't do anything close to what Nash did last night to get his team out of trouble against Warriors.

The margin was mentioned only to state the stats for SPURS' playoff histroy. ON another note, how many games have we seen that differ by 20 points compared to one, that again against SURS? I'm sure the margin will lead SPURS to make some serious changes in strategy. And agreed: NASH deserves his third!

He does no doubt about it, but they dont take playoff into concideration and also the voting has already been done and Dirk is the MVP(which sucks big time) but they havent yet made it official.

in spite of what i think, dirk deserves the mvp... usually the regular season player on the best regular season team wins it... so the mvp is all dirks... still, i must say the most VALUABLE player is Duncan... Duncan's rebounds and points are just as impressive as nash's offensive stats... only BIGGEST difference is Duncan's defense... i dont know why people keep forgetting that the game has to be played on both ends of the floor... here s a question that will validate what i m saying... "if u were to start a team from scratch who would be the first player u d pick...." thats right, u guys guessed the right answer.... TIM DUNCAN u guys are watching history... so enjoy it... you can tell your grand kids where u were when duncan put a beating on the suns :) kurt thomas, god damn, been watching too many knicks games... a solid player with a cry baby "runchay" face.... how did he stop duncan?.... oh wait duncan went from 33 pts to 29 ... good job kurt, four points!!!! man, its not even worth it considering his limitations on offense... ironically he did lead the ncaa in scoring back in college... and let me tell u guys something else... there is no way marion is stopping parker.... parker just had a bad game.... thats my guarantee... out of curiosity for all the steve "i cant play defense" nash lovers... why is nt the 2 time mvp guarding parker... last time i checked, they played the same position ;-)

MVP means most valuable player so u dont make no sense. So spurs is all dependent on Duncan, Duncan scored 29 overall he palyed good yesterday but still spurs got a thrasing that proves that Suns are too good for spurs, they play as a team so everybody contributes, and about Nash not guarding Parker thing, fool thats D'anonios tactics, cause Nash is there to setup offense and marion is a better defender so why not use him, and he did good cause Parker choked yesterday night. Thats it for the Spurs end of the series and the season.

man, what u are saying is blasphemous... nash is talking about how happy he is that the suns finally won a game that was worth n e thing... and how finally they think they have gone past the psychological advantage that the spurs had over them .. what does that say? ... the spurs have been killing them the whole time since the nash era in phoenix... maybe i was not so clear... what i meant by mvp and VALUABLE... are two different things... first the mvp trophy itself.... mostly goes to the best player on the best team (regular season).... just because u have the trophy does not make u the best player... again, i fail to read one argument that explains to me why duncan is the most important player for his team... more important than even nash... that being said, i hope my spurs win...

Nash is happy that the team is back in track cause how they played in the first game was simply not Suns. Now since they r back in track they gona run away with the series, I know it wont be easy but they will do it, its their season.
