I am a regular visitor of sajha but I just registered sometimes back. It is my first post. I am reading it for a long time and I always found the views of Nepe, Aashu, and lately of Rahulvai very interesting. I have always enjoyed reading them. Tell me my dear seniors, who are the other members who contribute in sajha and draw much acolade? n By the way, I am a law student in some 3rd world country n desirious to step into some European or American University next year for my LLM.

Hi Lawyer, I am currently doing LL.M. in USA. Where are you thinking to do your LL.M.? Where did you do your studies in Nepal? I hope you are a Nepali too.

Yes bro, I am from Nepal. I want to do either in corporate law or in IPR in any good university. I have no specific choice. Even if I have how, how much does it matter for a poor person of a third world country. Dreaming to go to Harvard, Yale and Oxford but could be finally settled in any college/University so long as it is not so shitty. Bro, in which university u are now? n which subject?

Welcome to this addicted place.Since, you are a law student, you are intelligent enough to read and analyze the post. Your choice of post seems quite good(i would differ for a choice of Nepe though coz I hate communist).Ashu is the best and Rahulvai-the great. And some others: Lootekukur,Captain Haddock,Sum_off,John_galt and of course gaalab(in Chautari) and npl2usa in Nautankiland.

Lawyer, You can take both corporate and IPR together. But it costs hell a lot of money. In any good university, it will cost you minimum $ 40,000 tuitions for two semesters and living extra. Although you can make living by working as an RA. Scholarships are not available for law as it is considered a professional degree. However you can get student loan if you manage to get the admission in a good law school. All the best! BTW most of the law schools admit only in fall for LLMs. So this year it is already late I guess.

Yes, Bip, I am aware of the cost factor and admission dates. I am looking for next year as I am graduating from this Indian University only in May'08. Money matters a lot and let's see if I get any chance. Otherwise, karma ko khela ho bhanyo, Nepal ya India tirai join garnu parla. I look forward to hearing from u regularly n man tell about u and where u r n wat u doing. You can tell in private or in puablic, as pleases u.
