is it possible? I want to transfer my 7th year extention to a new company. I got several suggestions, but all of them sound vague b/c USCIS usually ask for latest paystubs. I don't know how i should deal with it. Have you ever done? Please...

I guess you need to talk to a good lawyer. I believe you get seventh yeat extension of your H1B under the pretext that your GC is going through certain stage. Are you moving to a company which is filing your Green card?

Thank you dawn! at least somebody answered my question. My situation: Right now I am working with company A on 6th year H1B. I got sponsored by Company B who got my I-140 (EB3) approved and the "new" H1B (7th and 8th year). Sudenly, I changed my mind and don't want to join company A. Instead, I want to transfer that new H1B (extened) to Company C, who may offer me a job. Is it possible to transfer the new H1B to company C without joining the company B, who sponsored me? I asked a lawyer, but not convienced by his answer!
