For all Sajha.com visitors who hate to click to go to next picture, here's a video slide show featuring "Shiva Anthem" by Mukti and Revival, featured group of ANA 2006 convention. Pictures used are that of San Pradhan of Sajha.com. (My own camera broke last night and I couldn't downlod any pictures from the memory card that I have).
Pictures and music are used without the permission of the rightful owners. So, if you are not in agreement with it (them), please post a message here and I will delete the video right away. Or San can just delete it.
Just thought I'll share with you all some great memories I've had in these last four days and nights - while they are fresh.
That was great ssNY...looks like a lot of fun and maybe next year I will attend ANA too the music .....background by M&R was excellent.........over all thanks
Shambu Moktan of Moktan Digital was seen taping the entire event, so hopefully a dvd will be out soon. I wish they (ANA, NYNYC and Shambu) would post some videos here. Shows on Sunday night and Monday night were awesome. And even if you couldn't make it there, you could watch it on dvd, when it comes out.
Here are some videos I happened to find on YouTube.com of Mukti and Revival performing live at ANA 2006. Videos were uploaded by a youtube.com member panic821.
Not of the best quality but I'm sure it'll rekindle the joy of that night if you were there and wish you were there, if you weren't.
ssNY dai, that was an awesome slide show. Thanks for using the photos that I took. I hope you can get your memory card fixed. It was a pleasure meeting you at the ANA. Thanks for your goodwill towards sajha!
Thanx again ssNY ...really enjoyed it.............Man I wish I was there................Everyone is having a balst................man the music is awesome................
@ssNY: that panic821 is me (not that you'd know me since i'm not really a frequent sajha poster). thanks for putting those videos up for everyone to see here at sajha. it was taken using a regular digital camera with video, and hence the bad quality. and sorry for the big scream at the start, couldn't help it.
Of course I remember you MR X. Not many at ANA's convention had bling bling around his neck shining on his chest. Good to have met you.
MadDoGG - You're welcome. Everyone who paid to come wach the shows Sunday and Monday nights had a blast. How could one not when they were star studded shows.
bluebus - Quality of video from a digital camera was as expected. More than the quality of the video, you captured the excitement of the audience and the energy brought on the stage by Mukti and Revival. Your scream was, of course, natural and flows well with the video containing a live band.
If someone like you, who's seen groups like Pearl Jam (assuming you were the cameraman of the videos on youtube.com) says, 'it was an awesome gig, well worth the 35 bucks' I am sure there are many who agrees with you - including yours truly.
