and what about the payment. I heard that if you use their monthly installment plan (TERP plan) to pay your tuition fees, you cannot pay by Credit Card. Is that true?

I am attending school of engineering @ UMCP. R.H. Smith school of business is nationally ranked school and it offers good value for your $10k per semester (for international students)
