Hi all, I hope everyone agrees that the country is going through difficult time at this moment. As pointed out by a number of sajhaites, the Maoists and the politicians are pretty much responsible for this, which is in fact true. But since the king is in charge now, someone please post the resume(track record) of the king which makes you all feel that the king has genuine intention of improving the situation in nepal.

Definately he stopped the country from drowing into a pool of blood so that he could get an opportunity to splash a country to "much bigger" pool of blood. Well, it's only matter of size of pool ..isnt it ?..ha haha

Regarding G's resume: It was after this king was coronated, one of the faculties in political science department of Tribhuvan University was talking with us that he got pressure from Royal Palace to give him a very good mark in Panchayt (subject taught at that time in university level). You can gess his achievement as a student and how he achieved royal rein in 2001.

I don' t beileve that you are the child of an ordinary individual by analysing the way you have explicitly supported Gyanendra's action and condemned political leaders only. You must be the incompetent son of a Pancha or an army cadre, who fled to the west after failing to do anything there. If you are educated man with a broader degree of understanding of democratic principles, you would not support authoritarian rule even if your dad was elected the primeminister by your beloved king. janata ko chhora sanga compete garna sakne le king ko support gardaina, jasko open competion ma kunai asha hudaiana , usle Gyanendra bata ashirwad paiela ki bhanera tyranny ko support garchha. Gyane ra mandale haru pani tei ho. Elections ma jada janata le haraidinchha bhanera gunpower bata government haat ma liyo.Same like Maoists. They also took part in elections and fled to the jungel after being defeated. Ekpatak Monarchy or Rebublic bhanera referendum garaune himmat chha timro rajalai? Chha bhane ek patak herau na ta.

Step_aside dude " A good move by the king. We Nepalese are fully backing him." Definately Maoists will be happy if they calculate in this way. Maoists have not been able to get rid of top leaders of politicals parties (Maoist have gotten rid of low level political leaders in villages and towns) in the last nine years since these top political leaders live in major cities and Maoist have limited striking capabilities in major citites. I guess, if Gyanae's army can get that job done then why should the Maoist spend its valuable resources in terms of men and equipment. Let Gyanae's army do that job and pick up some fight with political parties and its leaders. In the long run it will help the Maoist indirectly.
