USCIS is aware of the TPS EAD issue and is working diligently to implement procedures to ensure
continued processing beyond the expiration date, although the matter was not addressed in the April 4, 2024 TFR. Last update: 3:50pm CS, Maryland

Disclaimer: This information is not from USCIS. Due to undisclosed details, it has been confirmed through discussions among group of DOJ attorneys.

In plain English, it means, even new EAD application receipt Form I-797C is not a valid document to continue working after June 30,2024. The extension employment authorization expires on June 30, 2024.

Good luck!!!

Here you go, this is the language DOJ attorney wants to add

"...extending the validity of certain EADs issued to TPS ...through March 9, 2024... "

Things are moving quickly. Check the document heading in your online account for a NOTICE.
Print it out or save it as a PDF file and send it to your HR dept ASAP. They only have 5 working days before the end of the month.

Good luck!!!!

As Sexy in Sari mentioned, check the Documents tab under your previously approved EAD. Instead of adding it to your new application, they attached it to your prior I-765 application.
