San,
I know Sajha is your baby and you have every right to give it any kind of haircut you choose. But as a frequent clicker of your site, I too have every right to voice my grievances.
It looks like creative work is getting a very low priority in your new format.
1. First, the headings for Stories/Poems,Ghazals/Humor section are collapsed. Why can’t you display the five most recent threads and give an option of ‘More’ for these headings as well? Are we really that less important than ‘Kurakani’?
2. Kurakani & Classifieds & Immigration take precedence over creative writings. Call me biased, but I favor “Ek haat testai” over ‘Graduate Lady Wanted for Marriage’ any given married day.
I don’t know about other writers, but I write here because I want to reach to more people. I have always been as shameless as humanly possible about it. With this thread, I am only taking it to a new height of shamelessness.
I come to Sajha because nobody promoted me more than you did in the beginning (not even SNDY). I have always felt deeply grateful and a little embarrassed because I was not worth it.
There are some very good writers/poets in Sajha. I am sure I speak for all of them when I ask you: “Did your dingo eat my thread, San?” ( It’s a Seinfeld line, I have no idea what it means).
I hope you will reconsider. By now, Sajha to you must be more than just a product. Whatever you reply, please don’t tell me to do: “Hey sum_off, you can always click on ‘I like Old Style’." The reason we are still humans is because we are so used to defaults.

BathroomCoffee, When I wrote it, I thought I was writing for all other writers and contributers (like you). But after reading your comment, I went back and read it--it really sounds self-serving. But I really did not mean it that way. Shame indeed. I really need a slap I think. So, what's up? Haven't seen you here past couple of weeks. Saw the debate last night? The way Hillay is running her campaign, I have already become a fan of hers. I was watching the debate last night, nobody, I repeat nobody, from the group of eight, looked as presidential as she did. Republicans attacking her so much these days will help her in the primary. She should stop laughing though. That does not look and sound natural. Jon Stewart did a brilliant bit on that laugh. It was hilarious (and quite Hillary-ous). If Guiliani becomes the nominee of the 'Party of Hate', she will kill him in the debates. He sounds stupid even by the republican standard.

Hopping from Sajha layout to American politics, huh, Sum Off? Yeah, she was clearly head and shoulders above the rest. But don't underestimate Guilliani, the "most ignorant candidate on foreign policy to have run for President" according to Biden. I think Guilliani will give Hillary a good run for her money. If you ask me, he is her most formidable opponent because he is prolly the one Republican candidate who has the best chance of picking up marginally democratic states like Pennsylvania and Michigan. Unless Hillary can work her magic in AR,TN,LA, MO, to offset, it is going to be a tough fight, perhaps a photo finish, in spite of the generally anti-republican mood in the country. Just my thoughts.

Guilliani came into the limelight following 911. He gets his high on the politics of fear which the general public now is beginning to yawn at. If Hillary shows some more cleavage she's going to get more leverage, me thinks.

Ha ha Rato Bhaley! I suppose you meant that metaphorically i.e be more 'feminine'? I don't think there are enough perverted Republicans and Independents to be seduced by a 60 year old's cleavage if you ask me. Coming back to Sajha, is any body else finding the performance slow today - it's taking several minutes to load pages and I keep getting errors

Ha ha Samsara ... really? I thought he had gotten in shape after the heart surgery .. On another note, and this is entirely on a note of levity, from Sajha layout to bitches to American politics to cleavages, I smell a rat, err, boka here ... ha ha ha In jest (not intended to offend) Wishing Sajha performance a speedy recovery :)

Hahah Haddock, I hope the boka won't be sacrificed to the web gods for sajha's quick recovery! BTW Bhaley, I'd love to see Hill win and then see what antics Bill still has left up his sleeve. Watch out all ya publicity seeking White house interns...There better be no sex tape out this time around ala One Nite in Paris!!! Instant celibrity status is bound to follow after that.

LMAO, Samsara! Now where exactly is the server located again, San? If Samsara agrees to rough up the server room security folks, I can arrange for the goat ... any volunteers to do the sacrifice? (Hey anything for Sajha!) Better stop before this gets way too silly. :)

Haddock, I think we've just found the boka for free. hahaha Torikotyel, why don't you just go ahead and sacrifice youself for the common good? I have promised the Web Gods that you are gonna do just that. hahhaa After that, Sajha will always run fast and your martyrdom will be remembered for not more than a coupla hours!! hahaha BTW, I'll open a new thread here and write your obituary so the others could drop by and thank you. Fair enough, chipmunk?? hahahahh

With all due respect, and no offense intended, this squabbling sounds rather comical, if not vain and infantile, to the discerned reader. Can we please spare this thread from it? Yup, and the very mention of sacrifice seems to have awakened the gods (at least Lord San .. he he) - much faster now!
