Before entering the royal palace at 5:25 this evening Bhattarai had said, "I am a royalist. I don’t know what to say to the king. I will listen to what the king says to me. I even don’t know why the king has called me.”

These corrupted people are still in limelight and waiting to grab an opportunity like a wolf. I don't know how many wolves are going to show up soon.

If raksi has been filled in budha's surahi what would he do. He is drinking that as water without knowing it. Now, Gyane wants to fill some more and budha wants to enjoy it before he dies. After all, he could not be the elected PM when country had needed him. Both the surahi filling person and drinker should be removed now because it seems that budha opens umbrella on cloudy days these days.

Well Bhattarai bajee did his thing for the country. We all appreciate that but time has come to move on... his quote “How can those who have power abandon it easily?” reflects his true self... i think he will gladly take on the PM post if this fatricidal dispot hands it to him. Bajee might be a politician but he is by no means a statesman. He still pines for PMship and only way that can happen is by calling himself a ROYALIST otherwise he has no clout with NC or people of nepal.

We do respect each other. Mr. K.P. Bhattarai had sacrificed his life for the country. He remained inside jail for 14 years; I do respect for that. But he was acknowledge and got respect for his sacrifice. He used to possess good moral character; but he's not a good leader. If he was a good leader, the rise of koiralas would never happen.

I do appreciate his work, but it'll too short sightedness to say that he'll be able to unite country at this age (even unable to walk properly). The reason that I started this thread was : what sense he was trying to make by saying 'i'm a royalist' and i oppose constitution assembly when the whole country is in protest. Just because he's ex-PM, a leader or whatever doesn't mean that he can say anything. If he can justify himself, I'm ready to follow and get convinced.

Gyane started consultation; but with whom? All the politicians who were looking at tamasas; and was not part of demonstrations. - Thapa, bhattarai, Chand, Rana - what does he mean? This is the root cause of problems in Nepal. We try to avoid addressing the problems, and gyane's case, too many problems, his height of ego n' all the rest of it.

gwajyo some of your coments has reality. Girja would never got in power if KPB was good politician. Most people agree on that. But Girja only knows how to divide. If Girja could run his government for 5 years this suitation might never faced King's direct rule. Past is past. But you see what happened to Ganesh Man and what'll happen to KPB. Sometime it is hard to believe the reality. I don't even heard BP koirala's name in media or even within Nepali congess party.
If you forget the past or forget to give credit to those people who fought for democracy we'll never achieve sucess in coming days.

I was pissed off when there was an article that Girija had ordered the cadres not to vote for KPB in the first election after 2046.

Not, I think he did the right thing.

Infact, he stopped a huge calamity by stopping KPB going to power.

What all short-sighted people fail to see is that after King, and it will happen, Nepal as we know it will be dissolved into nothingness. Mark my words, we in the US, will say "We are from a country formerly know as Nepal"!!
