Can F2 enter US any time? Is there definite time within which dependent visa holder like F2 has to travel to US after being issued visa in Kathmandu?

 

I heard F2 has to travel within 3 months. Please help. Thanks.

They can pretty much travel at anytime as long as the dependent is maintaing his/her F-1 status.
