I saw a warning dream. Quite an unusual and scary dream. ''Don't trust the world, it betrays you'' I was warned. I was told not to believe my conviction. ''Sometimes don't trust yourself too, because you are failing to understand whats going on around you''. I try to recall what a blurry image said to me. ''Your life will be a hell if you can't fix things properly. Beware, its wise to change your direction now than regret in the future.'' Am I doing something wrong? Or is it that the people around me are doing wrong things for me? ''They decieve you and you can't figure that out? You are a fool'',the blurred figure said and vanished. Dream is just a dream. But this one was something of a kind that I never saw before. Hope this turns out to be one of those freaking dreams.

May be it's your own subconscious mind talking to you. You may have some doubts about your actions but r denying it. ------------------------- About dealing with dreams, with little practice, u can direct ur dreams the way u want it. U can make ur dreams similar to Matrix where u control everything from existence of others... If u cannot direct ur minds even after controlling it, then u can assume some other entity is controlling ur dream, meaning its not only ur imagination and in that case u may ask that entity what message he wants to convey... just giving some food for mind... exploring minds just need a direction... ;-)

"I usually never dream but if..."--ladyinred You are wrong. Everybody dreams. It's known that when you wake somebody up from REM sleep(aka rapid eye movements), he'll *most probably* remember his dream. I am one of those people who don't remember their dreams most of the time, unless I wake up when I'm dreaming. In those cases I remember my dreams. Supoosedly, more women remember their dreams than do men. So basically you're not remembering your dreams. Even my dog dreams. Dunno if my parrot dreams. It's known that all mammals dream. Dunno about birds. Anyways, Newuser bro, what you could do is, if you're really curious about your dream, try seeing a specialist. Dreams have hidden meanings that probably only specialists dealing with dreams can pick up. Basically, dreams are a cornucopia of unconscious thoughts. You, yourself, are probably not aware of some of these thoughts. Maybe it's just your inadequacies haunting you? Happens to everybody. Now hey, I'm no psychoanalyst, so I don't really know what I'm talking about. Maybe SimpleGirl(where'd she go?) could help you out. She was doing her PhD in psychology( I think) the last I heard. Haven't seen her in a long, long time. She was in the Boston area. My 2 paisa.

Well if i know what you are trying to say, brains never sleep. But when i dont recall, i just use that sentence thats all. Dreams are your subconscience thoughts/feelings/desires/etc. firing off randomly and your logical-mind trying to make some sense of the madness It is just your mind's way of relaxing and letting off steam. It's probably an exercise of the creative portion of your brain, which more than likely helps your mind channel it for your day to day living. People do say you go mad if you don't dream(sleep deprivation). So perhaps if you don't dream, then your creativity runs away from the control your logical mind has, and you start freaking out.... I just had a dream about dreaming. I was trying to explain to the people in my dream about what I was dreaming about in the dreams dream. Weird. not kidding.. :D What if I'm in a dream right now..? I'd be in a dream where I tell others about a dream, about a dream. LOL

"Well if i know what you are trying to say, brains never sleep" Well, if our brains slept, we would all be dead. Respiration is controlled by medulla oblangata, if I remember my biology. I might be wrong here. Not trying to be picky, he he he. Yeah, I guess you're right about that. People who don't dream probably will suffer from mental breakdowns. So I guess not everybody dreams in that sense, at least not some mentally unstable people.

Everybody dreams. It's known that when you wake somebody up from REM sleep(aka rapid eye movements), he'll *most probably* remember his dream ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hmm, I might be wrong but I thought that the REM was the deepest sleep level at night and if you wake up during that, you would not remember your dreams and also be confused about where u got up and stuff like that. I thought it was the NREM's (Non Rapid eye moment) second or third stage that was one of the lightest sleeps, w here we could remember our dream. As I said I could be wrong but I thought it was the other way round! ____________________________________________ OKI.. my dream.. last night I had the weirdest dream ever! I dreamt that I was drunk filthy (have never been drunk filthy) and I could not even drive. So this guy had to give me a ride and then khai.... we had a crash ho ki k k .... that was 1 heck of a dream!!

Has anyone dreamt in a dream. It should be interesting to know how that dream would be....dreaming in a dream. Just like shooting a picture in front of a mirror?...lol I had a very close experience to this. Once I saw in my dream that I was sleeping very calm and peacefully. I was freakin' tired that day, that could be the reason. But sadly I could not see that I was deaming inside my dream... Any experience of dreaming in a dream?

Why can't you just take dreams as FREE MOVIES Of sleep. How many things in life we get for free. and if you're in the movie....man u r the hot shot. You call the shots. Last dream, aka movie I had was I stole Paras's Harley and drove around KTM at its ultra speed as traffic officers closed down all other vehicles for me thinking I was the prince Charming. Now that is one speedy dream.

Free movies over the dream: It would be like, "Guess what, I saw King Kong 2 weeks before it officially came out! Even the deleted scenes!" Nothing would be considered a nightmare.... Good idea.

i read about a machine that lets u learn or watch movies etc during sleep...it had several sensors that needed to be connected on several spots on head... it was few years back, since it is not yet public, i bet they are still working on the theory hehe that'd be something, new slogan will be "get degree not online, but in sleep" haha सुती सुती पढाइ खतम् सोच्दा पनि क्या आनन्द आउँछ
