KATHMANDU, April 22 - Nepal bowled out Afghanistan for 147 runs in 38.3 overs in Friday?s finals of the ACCU-15 Asia Cup Cricket being played in Abu Dhabi.
Afghanistan won the toss and decided to bat first. When reports last came, Nepal had made 26 in seven overs without losing any wicket.
This is the second time that both the teams are meeting in the tournament. Earlier, Nepal had defeated Afghanistan by six wickets in the league.
In its route to the final, Nepal had defeated Qatar by nine wickets in the first match, Bahrain by 10 wickets in the quarterfinals and host United Arab Emirates by 140 runs in the semi-finals. (hb)
