Hello friends,

Check out my new cooking video of Momo. All my recipes are simple and at the same time very flavorful. Most people think that food tastes better if you add tons of butter, masala, oil, and deep fry everything. If you search for healthy food, then most of the recipes you find are boiled, salad, or raw. My recipes are the middle path.

Today, I am sharing with you all my version of Juicy momo without using all the butter or Boso....my healthy verson...I have been making MOMO for many years and through many trial and error I have come up with this recipe and I think I have done a good job as my friends have always complimented me on this dish. Most people use Cabbage and carrot in the chicken momo too, I personally don't like these vegetables in chicken momo, as they have strong taste and it overpowers the chicken. So please check out my video to see what I add to make my momos very juicy and Yummy.
